Is Vwala! really free to use?
A: Absolutely free!  And you can use Vwala! on as many pages and sites as you like.

Does Vwala! work with mobile phones?
A: Yes it does!  You can interact with Vwala! on any Windows Mobile or Nokia phone using the SkyFire browser.

Do I have to download software to use Vwala!?
A: No downloads, no installations, just click and Vwala!, there it is!

What kind of web browser should I use?
A: Any modern, standards-complaint Web browser should work just fine.  We’ve tested Vwala! successfully with the latest version of Firefox, Flock, and Internet Explorer for PCs, and Firefox for Macs.

Can I sell my used things here too?
A: Yes!  Just click on the “Sell” button and if prompted to sell used or new goods just say yes and fill out the simple form.  Make sure you select “I am an individual” and not “I am a merchant”.

I registered but did not get an email confirmation.
A: Try looking for the Vwala! registration email confirmation in your spam folder (if it’s there, make sure to mark it as non-spam to allow our other email to reach you), if it’s not there and a couple of hours has gone by since your registration, please send us an email using the email address you registered with and we’ll get right back to you.

Do I need a Paypal email address to endorse products or video ads?
A: You want to get paid, don't ya? Yes, you will need to enter a valid paypal email address to receive funds from product and video ad endorsements.

Do I need to post video and text or can I just post text?
A: Currently, you can post any of the following; i) text only, ii) video only, iii) viral video only, iv) video and text, and v) viral video and text.

Can I use my own video for endorsements?
A: Absolutely!  You can use your own video (Vwala! supports a wide range of formats, such as .avi, .mp4, .mpg, .wmv, and .mov) or choose any of the viral videos from YouTube!

Can I use Vwala! to endorse other kinds of things, like music or pictures?
At the moment, no.  Our sole focus on video enables us to really hone in on that media type and all of the really cool things (like timed tagging and timed comments) we can offer to you through our concentrated focus on video.

Where can I use Vwala!?
A: Just about anywhere!  Blogs, social networks, web communities, corporate or personal sites, and the list is growing!

Using YouTube's Viral Videos

Will you be adding other viral video sites other than YouTube?
A: Oh yes, there are hundreds of viral video hosting sites out there. We chose YouTube as the first (for obvious reasons) and will be adding other sites each month.

Can I use a YouTube video and endorse it with products or videos ads?
A: Yes!  Vwala! is the first in the market to monetize viral videos.

If I endorse a viral video can I add text and endorse the text too?
A: Absolutely you can.  Adding and endorsing text is optional for Vwala!’s viral video endorsement features.

When I endorse a viral video and a sale is made or an ad consumed, who gets to participate in the revenue share?
A: Using a viral video means you are using someone else’s content for your endorsements.  Fair is fair, so each time someone buys an endorsed product or views a endorsed video ad, Vwala! will automatically give the site YouTube a small piece of the revenue share.  Video hosting sites incur significant costs to serve all that video - it’s only fair.

A: Vwala! works in many of the social sites and software we’ve tested.  We have provided a growing list of sites and software below that are Vwala! compatible.  Our next Vwala! version will work on 99.999999% of all sites – stay tuned :)
